Very interesting episode!!
Sometimes the way some people communicate on the Internet reminds me of the way some people drive, hiding behind the anonymity of electrons, or sheet metal and tinted windows.
I wish more folks would communicate online as if the person they were communicating with was in the room; there might be more respectful disagreement, and less mindless slagging.
